Troubleshooting
problems with computers has been a huge part of my
career and I don't like to be beaten by
technology. I have a wealth of experience with
common issues surrounding Windows and MacOS operating
systems, printers, mobile devices etc., and one of the
key skills in troubleshooting is knowing the right
approach to take when investigating new problems or
error messages.
I
also have to tools and knowledge to update your
systems (firmware, drivers etc.,) to enable them to
run more reliably.
I
aim to resolve issues quickly at the first attempt,
but sometimes it is necessary to take a device away or
use more than one attempt to fix intermittent
problems.
