Charging
Structure
I
like to keep things simple so my charging structure is
as follows:
If
I'm travelling to you or diagnosing problems remotely
then I charge a flat £40 as a minimum charge. This
means I can tell you what needs to be done and
approximately how long it might take. If you decide to
go ahead with repair then this fee is waived and the
hourly rate below is charged.
If
you decide to go ahead with having the issue resolved
then I charge £60 per hour while working on your
problem.
The
only thing to add is that if I need to travel a long
distance (i.e. anywhere significantly outside
Cambridge and its nearby villages) then I may need to
charge a small amount to account for time and fuel.
I
accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, BACS,
and cash.
